Purpose
Llar is a platform that lets artists and organisations (“spaces”) publish and share their content — texts, projects, press, pages and media files — send email newsletters, and receive donations and support subscriptions.
Terms of use
Access to the site is free of charge. Anyone using it agrees to make appropriate use of its contents and services, and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith or the law.
Intellectual property
The content published in each space (texts, images, works) belongs to the people who created it or who hold its rights. The platform software, design and brand belong to the operator identified above. Reproduction without authorisation is not permitted.
Responsibility for content
Each space is responsible for the content it publishes. If you believe any content infringes third-party rights, write to info@llar.art and we will review it diligently.
The operator is not responsible for the information and content of external sites linked from this site.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts as determined by the applicable consumer protection rules.
